Five years ago this time the Boosting Adult System Education in Agriculture- AgriBase (2015-1-MK01-KA204-002857) Erasmus+ project was approved and implemented in the period 2015-2017. Within the project realization a set of adult education courses in agriculture were created which were uploaded on the project e-platform, and a comparative Baseline study was created presenting the pros and cons in the adult education in all the countries of the project consortium.
AgriBase project is among the rarest, if not the only among the Western Balkan region approved projects with a constant maintenance and dissemination of the project outcomes.
AgriBase team, or at least the largest part of it, has been actively working on the sustainability of AgriBase through the following set of activities:
-in progress implementation of Boosting Adult Education in Organic Farming- BioFarm, another Erasmus+ project where the courses of AgriBase are used and further developed in the field of organic farming;
-submitted new applications in various EU programs by the AgriBase team;
-setting up an international conference AgriBase whose second organization is now being worked upon.
In the meantime, the AgriBase team acting as a core team intentionally spread, developed and grw-up in the networking, so that today the team is upgraded with professors, specialists and agriculture experts from other EU and overseas countries.
